The Naked Pig Cafe specialty Pig Roast is prepared in a clay over over charcoal. It is chopped up and served in it's own juice with house preserved tomato salsa, cilantro and fresh onion. One order is 2 tacos made with organic corn tortillas that are smothered in house lard on cast iron.
