Owner & Chef Dalia Martinez founded The Naked Pig Cafe as a people’s place for eating well & mitigating climate change. She is passionate about sustainability, sourcing from local organic farmers, foraging, preserving, composting and gardening for the restaurant.
The Naked Pig Cafe is the poster child of the Slow Food Snail of Approval award. Ingredients sourced for the restaurant are beyond organic and the cooking methods and techniques are advanced and take lots of time and care.
